Two days at home. WOW
I have done things I havn't done in weeks. Like read. That's right, I got through Huxleys "The Genius and the Goddess" (which had some very good words on sex that made me quite jealous really) and Marquez "Story of a Shipwrecked Sailor" and half-way through Graham Greenes "A Burnt Out Case". I also sketched a few things that I taped to the wall. I went swimming with the baby and worked on my tan. I baked a blackberry bundt cake. I called a berkeley Bio professor to ask about AP credits. Even though I got a 5 on the test, she recommended taking the class because the labs are different...damn straight, we didn't do any actual work in high school.
Actually, the college scheduling thing has been keeping me at home. Because I didn't go to Calso and all that shit, so now I'm cruising around the behemoth of a berkeley website trying to find classes that are not already full. That's right, almost all of em are FULL. No room for me. Would you believe the Love in Russian literature class is full? And with a fat waitlist already too? That'd be the perfect thing for me to take but it's got to be full...o well I'll waitlist on it ANYWAYS.
Yeah I'm still not sure what exactly to take. Chem and Math 1As for sure. Then French OR 19th century Russian literature....and a music? But what? More importantly, when? And will the Calso goody-two-shoes have taken up all the room already?

headed down the path of mcb, and yet all i can think of is
"yummm...marx, nietzsche + freud course.."
pity i have to be so practical with my majors.
we deserve secret pleasure courses on the side
at the very least i'm sure you'll find a
decal or a club that suits your lit interests
